Is my invoice data uploaded anywhere?
No — everything you type, and any logo you add, stays entirely inside this browser tab. The PDF is built on your device using a client-side library, so nothing about your invoice, your client or your business is ever sent to a server.
What file do I get?
A ready-to-send PDF, laid out with your business details, the client's details, a line-item table, any discount, shipping and tax, and the total — the same format you'd get from paid invoicing software.
Can I add my own logo?
Yes — upload a PNG or JPEG and it appears at the top of the invoice, above your business name. It's optional; the invoice looks fine without one too.
Does it calculate tax, discounts and shipping automatically?
Yes. Set a discount (as a percentage or a flat amount), a shipping charge and a tax rate, and the subtotal, discount, tax and total all recalculate automatically as you type — discount is applied before tax, shipping isn't taxed, matching how most invoices are actually totalled.
Can I show a partial payment and balance due?
Yes — enter an amount already paid and the invoice shows both the full total and the remaining balance due, useful for deposits or part-payments.
Can I use a currency other than GBP?
Yes — choose from about 20 common currencies in the dropdown, or pick “Other symbol…” to type any symbol or code you need.
Do you keep a copy of my invoices?
No. There's no upload and no account, so there's nothing on our side to keep. See the Privacy Policy for details.
